For those in town on Saturday we will meet up from 4-7pm for bites, cocktails and hangs at Area15 (The Sanctuary) to welcome everyone to Las Vegas. This is totally optional, but an opportunity to spend some low key quality time and mix with the other guests, some old friends and some new faces to meet.
You are encouraged to book a show or experience later in the evening if you want to catch a bit of the glitz and showmanship of Vegas. Area15 also has a ton of fun activations to either stay late or show up early for - Meow Wolf Omega mart is not to be missed!

Simply said, this is what you came for. Join us at The Commonwealth, Las Vegas to glam it up, let your hair down, and dress as loud as you care to. Fun and celebration is the name of the game.
Plan for roof top cocktails, appetizers with live music to start off the evening followed by dancing and merryment into the late hours of the night. Dancing will be the main focus later in the evening, so if at some point you find your limit and need to head for the exit, we won't be offended.
There will be food and drinks available throughout the evening (no sit down dinner), but plan to have a solid lunch–got to build a base, you know?

We reccommend staying in a Hotel/resort on the north part of the strip for ease, amenities, food, and entertainment. Air bnb is illegal in Vegas and even if you book one you run the risk of last minute cancellations. Staying on strip you have quick access to airport and a short uber ride to both of the weekend events.
ON STRIP (north end) :
Resorts World- New hotel, good location in between Area15 and The Commonwealth, good food options. There are three hotel options in Resorts World. We will be staying here (Conrad) for the weekend! Prices are pretty cheap Sunday and Monday.
Encore / Wynn - Most expensive option, nice rooms, great food and amenities. $$$
Fontainebleu - Newest hotel on the Strip, beautiful, great food. $$
Sahara- Cheaper option on strip, good location in between the events.
Places to AVOID:
Excalabur, Circus Circus, Luxor, Tropicana, The Strat
There are plenty of other options for you to find a place you like within your budget. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us directly.
Our Sunday theme is Vintage Vegas Glam. Think fun, sequins, velvet, glamour, costumes, colors, mafia, showtime, gambling, neon lights. FANCY not formal. We encourage you to dress expressed and have fun with it! Nothing is too much or too over the top.
